NeoCity is located in Osceola County, Florida, near the intersection of NeoCity Way and U.S. Highway 192. The technology park is strategically situated near major transportation hubs, providing easy business access. 

NeoCity is an emerging technology park owned and master planned by Osceola County, with key partners that include tech companies, research organizations like BRIDG, and academic institutions such as the University of Central Florida (UCF). These collaborations are essential in driving innovation and growth in advanced technology industries.

Key facilities include the Center for Neovation, which houses state-of-the-art laboratories, including Class 1,000 and Class 10,000 cleanrooms. These cleanrooms are designed for advanced research and manufacturing, particularly in microelectronics and semiconductors. Advanced Packaging capabilities are active at this facility.  

Also on the site is an office building supporting the growing ecosystem with 4 floors of rentable office space, and NeoCity Academy which is a public STEM high school. Currently under development is a 10,000-square-foot lab, which will have a Cryo Lab, wet labs, and dry lab space available for rent.

NeoCity is focused on industries like semiconductors, smart sensors, and advanced manufacturing. These sectors are expected to expand, positioning NeoCity as a key player in strengthening national competitiveness.

NeoCity is expected to bring thousands of high-paying jobs to Osceola County and help the local economy grow. By focusing on high-tech industries, it aims to make the region a leader in innovation while helping the community thrive. As of Fall 2024, over 100 jobs have been created with more on the way.
